Young Trad winner – Gillian Frame launches new album ‘Pendulum’

2001 BBC Radio Scotland Young Traditional Musician Award winner Gillian Frame launches ‘Pendulum‘ her first solo album on 2 June at 7:30 in The Glad Cafe, Glasgow. Gillian will be joined by ‘Pendulum’ producer and multi-instrumentalist Mike Vass, ace guitarist Tia Files and award winning bassist Euan Burton.

Gillian was a founder member of multi award winning band Back of the Moon and has played with The Unusual Suspects, Breabach, Deaf Shepard, Findlay Napier and many more.

In a review of ‘Pendulum’ by Living Tradition Magazine they describe Gillian as “… an enviably talented performer with a sure and considered touch on the fiddle and a dusky, breathy voice that has the gift of being able to transport the listener straight to a Scottish fireside.”

With support from Findlay Napier. You can buy Pendulum here.
