Lussa is a new upcoming traditional band, consisting of four members: Naomi Priestnall (fiddle) Ellie McConnell (fiddle) Eneko Lane (guitars and banjo) and Bailey McCoo (keys).
Based in Glasgow and first coming together while studying at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland, the band formed Lussa in October 2023. Inspired by the Latin word for
"Light" their style is bright, joyous, fresh and their arrangements draw inspiration from their different traditional upbringings from across the globe.
