Beatha are a fresh folk band based in Glasgow, made up by Kenneth Macfarlane on whistle, Iona Reid on Piano and Cam Lawson on the bodhran. They met while studying Traditional Music at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland.

Since forming, they have performed around the UK at various festivals including Braemar Folk Festival, Birmingham TradFest and Celtic Connections where they won a Danny Kyle Award. They recently performed their first international gig in the village of Chédigny, France ahead of their upcoming EP release.
