The 2025 Association of Irish and Celtic Festivals Conference (AICF) will be held in Orlando, FL, from Friday, November 7th, to Saturday, November 8th, at the Rosen Plaza Orlando Hotel.
To attend the conference, your organization must be an AICF member or sponsor.

Showcase Submission Information:
Many festivals and centers, from all over North America, will be in attendance at the AICF Conference in Orlando, FL, to meet and book performers for their upcoming festivals in 2026 and beyond. We are looking for bands that love and play Irish/Celtic music of all genres. All showcasing artists whose travel might require it, must be able to obtain visas and travel to North America for festival performances during the summer festival circuit (mostly June through September) in 2026.

The submission deadline is June 15, 2025 and the selection of showcase artists will be July 15, 2025.
There is a limited number of showcase slots available and selected artists will be notified by email once the selection process is complete.
Submissions are reviewed by the entertainment committee, which is comprised of different North American festivals. Please note that all selected artists are responsible for their own transportation and accommodation costs. However, rooms will be available in our room block. The rate and link are coming soon!
