We (Showcase Scotland Expo) are now planning the 25th edition of Showcase Scotland at Celtic Connections which will take place between the 22nd and 26th of January 2025.
It was amazing to welcome so many of you back to Glasgow in January 2024 and we look forward to seeing both familiar and new faces in 2025. Our international partner for 2025 is IRELAND, one of our closest neighbours both geographically and culturally, so we will be welcoming many good friends from there as well as six amazing Irish artists.
Showcase Scotland at Celtic Connections is an invitation only event and we would like to extend an invitation to you to apply for one of 150 places available to the international music community. There is a link to a short form below and we would ask you to complete it as soon as possible. Once the application has been accepted we will send you the promo code allow you to register, please complete this along with the registration fee. There are 90 places available until September 30th at our Early Bird Rate of £175 (plus vat if applicable). Rates then rise to £195 (plus vat).
We once again will have official partner hotels and when you are sent the link to register you will also be sent information on our reduced hotel rates. One of the official hotels is offering complimentary breakfast for any bookings made before 30th September so it is worth getting booked in early.
We are doing registration a little bit differently this year so the trade stands, advertising opportunities in the event app and delegate registration are all on the same page. The delegate tickets are hidden and you will need a promo code to access these. You will be sent this once you have completed the registration form and had your application approved. If you want to you can go ahead and purchase a trade stand and/or an app advert now or you can wait and purchase all your tickets at once.
