Scottish tour directory – venues and promoters required!

As part of the ongoing development of our information provision for touring musicians we are currently in the process of building a Scotland wide Touring Directory.

The Directory will be available online for touring musicians to easily access. Initially it will be used as a platform for venues, promoters and festivals to share information on the key concerns for touring musicians when planning a tour. It will also be a way for venues, promoters and festivals to extend their reach to touring artists keen to find some of those locations that are less visible sometimes on the touring network.

It’s a free resource that will be monitored and managed and regularly updated by Hands Up For Trad.It is in its infancy and we will be adding to it over the next few months before it goes live.

Many of you have been in touch already but if you haven’t and you’d like your details to be included in our directory, then all you have to do is follow this link below and add the information requested. It won’t publish until we have checked all the details. Additionally we also have a Word document that we can send to you and on completion we can add online for you – simple!
