National Piping Centre are recruiting a new NPC Clubs Producer!

The National Piping Centre is the UK’s leading organisation championing piping as a powerful agent for youth development. Our growing NPC Clubs programme brings young people aged 7-17 together to develop their confidence and sense of belonging through music-making activity.

We are seeking a visionary and collaborative Clubs Producer who is ready to work closely with a committed team to build the systems and relationships that will help NPC Clubs reach more young people, more deeply, and more equitably.

This role is central to our mission to enrich lives through piping. You will support the growth of NPC Clubs, lead the continued innovation across the programme, and build powerful relationships in communities and within music education, and lead the impactful delivery of Club sessions to ensure they are safe, inclusive and inspirational.

As part of our Youth & Communities team, you’ll be part of a supportive, friendly, and ambitious team where we nurture learning and personal growth. Our offices in Glasgow (McPhater St & Otago St) foster collaboration, creativity, and innovation. Hybrid working is standard, within a flexible culture of ownership and accountability.
