A fund to support Gaelic arts projects

Tha Maoin nan Ealan Gàidhlig ann gus taic a chumail ri pròiseactan ealan Gàidhlig a chur an gnìomh. Ann an 2024-25 bidh prìomhachas ga thoirt do phròiseactan:
– Air an lìbhrigeadh tro mheadhan na Gàidhlig
– A bhios a’ cur ri cleachdadh no ionnsachadh na Gàidhlig
– Bho luchd-ealain fa leth, buidhnean de luchd-ealain, no buidhnean-ealain gus obair a chruthachadh no a thaisbeanadh
– Le compàirteachas eadar-nàiseanta
– Bho luchd-ealain fa leth airson feumalachdan leasachaidh a choilionadh
– A’ togail sgilean gnìomhachais ann am buidhnean-ealain no coimhearsnachdan a chuireadh ri seasmhachd.

Maoin nan Ealan Gàidhlig is a scheme funded by Creative Scotland and Bòrd na Gàidhlig and administered on their behalf by Fèisean nan Gàidheal. £75,000 is available for distribution in 2024-25.
There will be two deadline dates for applications:
– 28/06/2024 @ 5pm
– 15/11/2024 @ 5pm
Maoin nan Ealan Gàidhlig is designed to assist the delivery of Gaelic arts projects. In 2024-25, priority will be given to arts projects which:
• Are delivered through the medium of Gaelic
• Contribute to the use or learning of Gaelic
• Enable individual artists, groups of artists, or arts organisations to create and/or present work
• Involve international partnerships
• Enable individual artists to address personal development needs
• Develop skills within arts organisations or communities as a means to creating sustainability.
