We are: looking for an experienced and enthusiastic events professional to deliver and further develop the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland’s Events and Conference Programme. You’ll have operational responsibility -for the successful planning, execution, monitoring, control and closure of each project within the diverse events programme for one of Scotland’s most dynamic arts and education institutions. You will also lead on further developing RCS’s event and conference portfolio.
The Events and Conferences Programme includes, but is not limited to, receptions, gala dinners, salons, graduations, fellowships, development events and bespoke as well as high-profile international events.
You are: someone with a passion for delivering great events, who won’t be fazed by a demanding, intense and passionate creative environment. You will have extensive events/conferences and project management experience from bid to delivery, preferably at an international level.
You must have: excellent interpersonal and project management skills along with experience of working in a complex and multi-area environment.
There will be a requirement for external working and out of hours and weekends to fulfil this post.

Salary circa £30,000 per annum
