Edinburgh FluteFling Weekend – 04 to 06 April 2025

The weekend kicks off Friday 4th April with the wonderful Hamish Napier Music and Jordan Neilin concert. This will be the only chance, in the Central Belt, to catch them on their Speyside Tour. Support comes on the Friday evening comes from, Online Academy of Irish Music founder, Kirsten Allstaff with Tom Oakes and Edinburgh’s own Freya Rae leads the Carpe Ventis ensemble from the Scots Music Group. 

Saturday and Sunday provide wonderful learning opportunities for flute and whistle players. Hamish, Kirsten and Freya will be leading workshops on Saturday 5th and Kirsten also on Sunday 6th.There are just a few workshop spaces remaining.
