Clore Leadership: Applications open for Emerging Leaders and Leadership Pulse

Your Next Step Starts Here. Be the Change.

Whether you’re stepping into leadership for the first time or looking to reignite your purpose mid-career, our leadership courses are back with renewed energy, fresh content, and the same commitment to developing cultural leaders who are ready to shape the future.

This is your moment to reset. To step up. To grow into what’s next.

Emerging Leaders is a transformative, week-long residential course for early-career professionals (2–5 years’ experience) working across the cultural sector. Designed to build confidence, self-awareness, and leadership potential, the course provides a dynamic space to experiment, reflect, and grow.

Leadership Pulse is a modular, two-part residential course for mid-career cultural leaders (5+ years’ experience) seeking clarity, renewal, and connection. This course is designed to help you reset, reflect, and build the resilience to lead through complexity.

Through support from our funders and partners we are able to provide a range of bursaries supporting the costs of course places for applicants, including:

Creative Scotland Bursary which will support a culture leader, who is working independently or within an organisation, to develop their career as a cultural leader in Scotland.
