Accordion Showcase is a NOT for PROFIT venture aimed at promoting the Accordion In Scotland. With 2 events per year, Accordion Showcase will feature workshops, concerts and a large Trade area providing a much needed link between accordionists and small independent traders. It will take place 13th March, Renfield St Steven’s Church, 260 Bath Street, Glasgow G2 4JP. Download the flyer.
The music will be varied from Scottish, Irish and Folk to Classical, Jazz and french and played on all types of accordion including piano, 5 row, bayan, diatonic etc.
With one full house concert under its belt, the next event on Sun 13th March 2016 will feature a superb line up of Scottish Artists and International Accordionist/Bandoneonist Cristiano Lui and Guitarst Stefano Ciotola from Italy. Cristiano has his own Celtic band in Italy and has played at Celtic Connections.
