Artists can pit forrit jist 1 sang between the time o 3rd – 24th October 2014. A panel o experts frae Creative Scotland, BBC ALBA/Scotland an the music industry will chuse ane o the sangs tae represent eether Gaelic or Scots leid at the competeition. They will receive expenses up tae £2,000 tae cover thir costs (flights, accommodation, subsistence) fir attendin the event.

3. All artists must be aged 18 or ower
4. The chusen act will play at the grand final in Teatre Kulturetage, Odenburg, Germany on 14 December 2014, an the winner will be announcit on the same nicht.

6. Only ane (1) entry per act is permitit wi a maximum o ane (1) sang
