Gymboree Play & Music Glasgow are looking for someone who has dynamic energy, strong singing voice & wants a career working with children. The successful applicant will be fun, bubbly, confident, energetic, hardworking and dedicated. You will be comfortable performing and leading dynamic play sessions. Please be aware that you must be available for at least one whole year and at weekends to apply.
There is also a strong requirement for good organisational and administrative skills.
Gymboree teachers lead active, dynamic 45 minute classes featuring apparatus (wooden equipment and soft foam pieces), songs, games, art activities, music and drama.
You will be teaching newborn babies to children aged five years – no childcare qualifications are needed as parents remain with their children in class, however experience of working with children is an advantage and a passion for working with children and their families is essential. A background in Drama/Performing Arts/Classical Music/Dance are all advantages.
Rate of pay dependent on experience. Career progression and holidays pay inclusive.
Full training will be provided. References and CRB checks will be required for the successful applicant.
