Free 2 week training course in sound and lighting

This summer Just Festival is delivering it’s Staged for Life project for the 2nd year running, delivering a unique two week training programme teaching young people aged 16–24 how to operate sound and lighting equipment for live events.

Funded by Young Start, the course is free to attend and will run between July 11th – 22nd in Edinburgh City Centre. It is taught by industry experts and accredited by Edinburgh College. No previous experience is required, just an enthusiasm to learn new skills!

Following the training programme there will be opportunities to enter into supported work placements within various Edinburgh Fringe Festival venues to gain experience in delivering world-class shows.

To apply just email a CV and short cover letter to: john@just-festival.org

Location: Edinburgh City
