Desk Space in Creative Studio at the Shore (Edinburgh)

A light and airy studio/office just a short stroll from the Shore, surrounded by popular cafes and bars, useful amenities, and with excellent bus connections to the City Centre.

We are a film and animation production company who decided to create our own friendly co-working space. We’re looking for people from all industries, startups and established, who’d like to share the space and work in a relaxed atmosphere.

Current companies includes video game developers, event organisers, graphic designers, writers, artists, filmmakers and a comic book publisher.

– 24 hour access;
– High-speed fibre optic Broadband (WiFi & Ethernet available);
– A desk, swivel chair and set of drawers;
– Shared Meeting Room;
– Alarmed Premises;
– Central Heating;
– Shared Kitchen Facilities (incl. fridge/microwave);
– Tea and Coffee-making facilities available;
– Additional shared storage (could be arranged on request);
– Free on-street parking;

£200 per desk per month or if you sign up for 3 months just £150 per desk per month.
