Control your day – don’t let it control you! Time Management Course

The theme for the course is: “Control your day – don’t let it control you” and during the course of the session you will look at the following:

Planning and prioritising
Challenging your habits
Knowing your time wasters
Course Outline:

Pre-work: diagnostic exercise to be completed prior to the course
Workshop:
Using the diagnostic exercise to understand your time wasters
What to do about time wasters
How to plan your day and your week
Look at the basics (email, phone calls, interruptions) – and what to do about them
Habits of highly effective people
Maximise your outputs – establish when/how you are at most effective
Follow-up: Personal Action Plans
Costs:
FST Full/Individual Member: £80+VAT
Associate Member: £100+VAT
Non Member: £120+VAT

If you wish to have lunch during the session please bring a packed lunch with you.
