Musicians > CALL FOR WORKSHOP LEADERS/TUTORS

CALL FOR WORKSHOP LEADERS/TUTORS

The Rockfield Centre, Oban

We are a new community-owned cultural space in the heart of Oban and are looking to run a programme of creative classes and workshops over the coming year. We aim to nurture and develop the creative scene in Oban by offering the community the opportunity to experiment, learn new skills and build on existing expertise.

We would like to hear from workshop leaders/tutors in the following fields who could offer day, half-day or evening sessions:
– visual arts
– craft
– music
– creative writing
– drama
– dance

We aim to programme a mix of workshops, some catering to absolute beginners and others aimed at masterclass level. While we are seeking regular tutors who are based locally, we would also like to hear from those from further afield who might visit to run one-off sessions.

If you would like to work with The Rockfield Centre in the future, please email Rhona on arts@obancommunitiestrust.org.uk with the following information:
– name and contact details
– website or link to previous work where possible
– description of session(s) you could offer
– cost (including travel if appropriate)

We look forward to hearing from you!
