Newcastle University are hosting a two-day conference in the School of Arts and Cultures on the 12th and 13th of January 2022 entitled: Arts, Enterprise and Place in the Rural Creative Economy. This international conference brings together those researchers, practitioners and artists who study, govern, perform and/or make a living in the rural creative economy with a focus upon the issues surrounding artistic livelihoods, communities and enterprises in rural areas.
