Written by Robert Cassani one night when he was suffering from insomnia. Got out of bed at 6am and grabbed his Baloo and by 6.20am had all the music and the “little bit of pay it forward” chorus. When the rest of the band emerged, everyone chipped in with the words and by the afternoon, the whole thing was done and dusted. Be happy, be nice and pay it forward !
