Energy Islands is inspired by the renewable energy innovation taking place in our homeland of Orkney. Having been born and raised among its breathtaking natural beauty, we wanted to highlight Orkney’s role in raising awareness of, and curbing, the climate crisis. Orkney’s natural resources provide an invaluable contribution to the global effort to protect the fragilities of our planet.

To us, this feels like a physical manifestation of the
energy that traditional music brings to our communities.
