There are excerpts of the original recordings of Flora MacNeil and a duet with her son Calum. The album not only preserves the essence of Barra’s singing tradition—embodied by Flora MacNeil and the other "Barra Skylarks"—but also breathes new life into it. It’s a moving celebration of heritage and the timeless bond between generations and its a really good listen too.
