Tell us about yourself
Funky backline. Pulsing dance rhythms. Disco. Plus… original Gaelic song and driving tunes? You will find all of this and more from Dlù, a high-energy five-piece band from Scotland.
Dlù are all about live gigs. They thrive off audience energy, using it as inspiration for their continuously evolving sound which they then capture in their recorded work. They are proud Gaelic speakers, fired up to keep their language and culture alive through their music. The name comes from the Gaelic word 'dlùth', meaning close-knit, a tribute to the long-lasting close friendship between band members.
