We asked Michael of The Reeling, Glasgow the following questions.
Tell us about yourself
The Reeling is the Scottish central belt's newest and biggest weekend festival celebrating Scottish traditional and folk music culture. Taking place in the stunning surroundings of Glasgow's Rouken Glen Park, the festival's two stages showcase some of the finest Scottish musical talent around.
Why are you involved in Scottish music?
The energy and vibrancy of the music is second to none, and the sense of community around it is fantastic.
Any particular career highlights?
Seeing the crowd bouncing along to some of my favourite bands in the glorious sunshine at the first year of The Reeling after so many years of planning was pretty special.
What are your plans for the future?
The Reeling will return with an additional day in 2024, taking place from Friday 7th til Sunday 9th June 2024.
