Tell us about yourself
The resurrected Milngavie Folk Club has been organising and promoting gigs since 2005. Featuring a wealth of folk, blues, country and jazz musicians, Milngavie Folk Club represents an opportunity to see great artists in an intimate venue.

Why are you involved in Scottish music?
The community and audiences in Scottish folk and traditional music, combined with the wealth of artistic talent, make it an incredibly fulfilling experience.

Any particular career highlights?
Seeing some of my favourite artists such as Rab Noakes, Robin Williamson, Karine Polwart, and Kris Drever return year after year.

What are your plans for the future?
It's been a relatively quiet year for Milngavie Folk Club as, like everyone, we emerge from the pandemic. We shall see what the future holds!
