We asked Carla of Carla Feuerstein the following questions.
Tell us about yourself
I am a live sound engineer working with Scottish trad bands!
Why are you involved in Scottish music?
I grew up listening to a lot of Scottish and Irish folk music, and it’s always been my favourite genre of music. So working with trad and folk bands is really what I enjoy most.
Any particular career highlights?
Going to Sweden to play Urkult Festival with HEISK this summer was definitely the highlight of the year!
What are your plans for the future?
Over the past year and a half I have started to work in a recording studio, so I would very much like to continue developing my skills in that department.
