Congratulations to Drygate who have been nominated in Venue of the Year sponsored by Musicians' Union in the MG ALBA Scots Trad Music Awards 2018. Vote now!

We asked Louisa Arbuckle of Drygate the following questions.

Tell us about yourself
Glasgow-based Drygate Brewery has been brewing a vast array of craft beers since 2014, and is also home to the Brewhouse Bar & Kitchen, Beer Hall, bottle shop, and Event Space.

Why are you involved in Scottish music?
We pride ourselves on our support of trad and folk artists.

Any particular career highlights?
In 2018 we held concerts by Ho-ro, Imar, and The Chair. Each year we are involved in the Celtic Connections and Piping Live! festivals.

What are your plans for the future?
To host many more Scottish music concerts and continue to support Scottish artists. We hope to be one day known as the best folk venue in the country!
