The Scots Trad Music Awards is an annual event that takes place each December. Highlighting Scotland’s wonderful traditional music in all its forms, whilst also creating a high profile opportunity which brings the music, industry and sponsors into the spotlight of media & public attention. The event is broadcast live on BBC ALBA and is repeated throughout the year as well as being available on iPlayer and Freeview.
This year the Scots Trad Music Awards are in Inverness on the 13th December with the nomination process opening on the 6th October, offering sponsors over 2 months of high profile media presence across Scotland. Last year there were over 100,000 votes cast and your brand will be seen every time someone votes. You will be also receive two free tickets to the event, an opportunity to present your Award before the live audience in Inverness, inclusions on all press releases in the media as well as recognition across Hands Up for Trad’s associated websites and social media outlets.
