Pam Wilkie RIP

Pam-Wilkie-homeVery sad news today with the death of legendary piano player Pam Wilkie. Pam was one of the great mainstays and characters of Scottish country dance music, a pianist whose sure sense of tempo has been the foundation of many of the leading bands of the past sixty years. She was inducted in the Scottish Traditional Music Hall of Fame in 2010 and it was a privilege to meet her at the Scots Trad Music Awards in Perth Concert Hall. Read about Pam’s life and career on the link below.
