Creative Scotland Exhibit Scottish Traditional Music Hall of Fame

We paid a visit to Creative Scotland yesterday to view our new Hall of Fame exhibition. I wasn’t sure what to expect – I had seen other CS exhibitions and they all looked great but I thought as our was portrait based it might have been harder to stage.

Of course all my apprehensions were proved wrong and they had done a great job. As you can see from the pictures below we chose a selection of the 70 strong Hall and they printed information cards to go alongside. They also set out a multimedia room room for the current 2012 inductees where the viewer can listen and read about the inductees. It’s great.

As an aside Creative Scotland also designed Hands Up for Trad an information leaflet in the shape of a 45′ single. You pull out the leaflet from the single ‘cover’ and can read all about Hands Up for Trad’s projects – brilliant!

So why not go and have a look? Creative Scotland, Waverley Gate, 2-4 Waterloo Place, Edinburgh EH1 3EG
