A flexible and varied role that supports the work of The BIT Collective. This role will primarily be remote working with flexible hours but with some attendance at events and meetings required.

Qualifications and skills:
-
Understanding of current equalities in the traditional music scene and the music industry more generally

Excellent organisational skills

Proactive, and able to work alone remotely

Able to deal with difficult situations with a firm understanding of confidentiality

Good IT skills, using Google Drive, Google sheets etc
This role is a development opportunity therefore formal experience working in a similar environment is not required. We are particularly interested in applicants with an interest in developing a career in arts administration/ organisational work in the arts sector.

£15/h, 7 hours per week
