It’s basically an online agency for musicians, producers, engineers etc. If an agency is looking for a piper to record some music or a producer to make something they visit Soundbetter and ask you the musician for a quote. It’s very simple to set up and it is free. They will let you pay if you really want to (this allows you to add extra audio samples) but you don’t have to.
