The fund aims to:
- Support musicians in creating their own tours
- Platform quality and innovation within chamber music in Scotland
- Allow musicians to decide where and what they play
- Support tours rather than ‘one-off’ performances
- Platform for new, innovative and experimental chamber music.
- Reach new chamber music audiences and communities where access to arts experiences may be limited
- Ensure appropriate rates of pay
