Do you have a secret dream, a crazy idea, or a great plan that could bring more life and music to your town? Now is the time to come forward and apply to MOST.
MOST is now supporting urban projects in South East Europe.
A musical bike-rental, a singing market square, a new festival, free-guitar lessons for kids – the possibilities are endless. The MOST Urban Project Hub – a framework supported by Creative Europe – is open for supporting the local music scene in the Balkans. Here is how it works:
MOST Urban Project Hub
As part of the large-scale MOST project, the Urban Project Hub is looking for creative and unique projects to add colour to local cultural scenes, and connect the music sector and cities. In a bit more detail, ideas that are
- city-level or regional,
- provide exchange or networking opportunities for local musicians
- provide activities that can strengthen the local music scene
will be considered for funding. Selected applicants will have to pair up with a local policymaker – the goal is to discover new ways of cooperation between creatives and local policymakers in the field of culture.
The best projects will receive funding and support for implementation. Acting as an incubator, MOST will provide training and mentoring programs, networking opportunities and funding up to 5000 € for the implementation of the best 6 project ideas.

The current call for applications for Urban Project Hub is open between January 26, 2022 and March 15, 2022, which is the deadline for filling in the application form and sending all required materials.
