We are looking for Musicians who will work as part of the dynamic team in either Big Noise Raploch or Big Noise Govanhill, delivering a visionary, socially driven children’s orchestra centre.
The posts available are:
Upper Strings (Raploch) – 3 or 4 days per week during term time and up to 5 days per week during school holidays (Easter, Summer and October)
Upper Strings (Govanhill) – 3 days per week, term time only (preferably Monday afternoon, Tuesday and Wednesday full days and Thursday afternoon).
Brass, specialism in Horn preferable (Govanhill) – 2 days per week, term time only (preferably Tuesday afternoon, Wednesday all day and either Monday or Thursday afternoon).
Percussion (Govanhill) – 2 days per week all year round including school holidays (preferably Tuesday afternoon, Wednesday all day and either Monday or Thursday afternoon).
Educated to degree level or equivalent, you must have experience of working with large and varied groups of children along with a track record of success in giving music instruction to children on your specialist instrument.
