Mindfulness for people who create stuff

A weekly (pay-as-you-feel) mindfulness practise/workshop for creatives in Glasgow EVERY MONDAY MORNING 10-11am

Mindfulness for people who create stuff is a WEEKLY workshop for creatives to practise and learn mindfulness with guidance from a teacher.

Sessions will explore different ways of practising mindfulness and ways of integrating mindfulness into our work.

Using mindfulness as our starting point, we use each week to explore different orientations to our work and our life, playing with ideas such as (but not limited to):

– Curiosity
– Kindness
– Presence
– Urgency
– Faith

Each weekly session is a standalone drop-in session usually containing up to 25 minutes of guided mindfulness practice, shorter exercises and space to share our experiences of practise (if we wish to do so).

Above all, M4PWCS is a chance to meditate and connect with a community of creatives who are open to seeing their work and life in new ways through mindfulness.

WEEKLY SESSIONS 10-11am MONDAYS @ The Glad Cafe, 1006a Pollokshaws Road

Location: Glasgow City
