Mental health and wellbeing is beginning to get spoken about a lot more often in the arts nowadays but too often this is focused on those on stage and not behind the scenes. This session, facilitated by Arts Practitioner and Personal Development Coach Pat O’Toole, aims to explore how we can better support backstage staff and create a positive work environment for everyone concerned.
This session is aimed at production managers and crew, producers, directors and anyone responsible for the wellbeing of staff working in theatre. It will be a discussion and a two way conversation with those working in the industry in Scotland.
