Monday 28 November
4pm – 5pm on Zoom
Make Music Day is a free celebration of music that takes place in 120 countries internationally on 21 June every year. 2022 saw the biggest Make Music Day yet in Scotland with 210 performances by over 1,500 performers taking place nationwide. People, groups and organisations performed in pubs, schools, libraries, museums, supermarkets, care homes, parks and gardens, on bandstands and boats and even in the sea!
More than 20% of UK performances took place in Scotland and we want next year to be even bigger and bolder. We invite you to this information session to inspire you to make music happen on 21 June.
Anyone can take part in Make Music Day regardless of age, location, musical genre or experience. Make Music Day UK is funded by Creative Scotland and Arts Council England to provide support, networking and inspiration and to realise the opportunities for you, your group, school or organisation.
