A two part workshop on how to manage stress. Firstly, identifying the nature of stress and exploring breathing then a closer look at how these techniques can work on stage.
As part of the Edinburgh International Harp Festival’s programme of workshops, Tana Collins will take us through how to identify the signs and symptoms of stress and how to cope. Then in workshop two will take a deeper look into performance anxiety and how to feel fully comfortable on stage.

It is not necessary to attend both workshops, but it is recommended to get the most out of them.
