With Creative Europe reaching its mid-point in 2017, the European Commission has launched an open consultation as part of the mid-term evaluation of the programme. The evaluation helps adjust priorities for the remaining years of the current programme but more importantly, it also helps define priorities for its successor, post 2020.
Covering the programme’s three strands (the Culture sub-programme, the MEDIA sub-programme, and the Cross-sector strand) the consultation runs from 23 January to 16 April 2017.

As the UK still fully participates in Creative Europe we invite you to engage in this process and share your views on the future of the European creative sector and how it should be best supported.
Responses can be made via an online survey that gathers comments and perspectives from stakeholders. The aim is to establish the added value of Creative Europe in comparison to what can be achieved on a national level and particularly in relation to the current challenges and opportunities of the creative, cultural and audiovisual sectors. The findings will be presented to the European Parliament at the end of the year.
