The course offers a mixture of group workshops, on line learning and support and one to one coaching usually offered by skype or telephone, although face to face sessions can be arranged.
Group workshops take place over a half day 9 once a month usually over a 4- 5 month period. Dates will be set to suit .

Pauline Hynd is qualified in Business Coaching up to advanced diploma level with The International Centre for Business Coaching, This qualification is formally recognised by both the International Coaching Federation and the Association for Coaching.
Pauline is currently training in ‘Acceptance and Commitment Therapy’ and is also engaged in organisational change and development, leadership and management training, one to one coaching and delivers creative writing programmes under the banner of ‘The Empress Writes Back’
Shizz Together brings together Pauline’s skills in coaching with her interest in mindfulness, creativity and empathic group processes and is a unique group learning and development model, designed especially for women.
