Participants should come prepared to discuss at least one early stages project they are currently working on.
Michael John O’Neill is Artistic Producer for the Tron Theatre. In this role, Michael has expanded the theatre’s artistic development strategy into a core activity termed Tron Theatre CREATIVE, managing a network of residencies, awards and platform opportunities that support artists to make the best use of the venue to signal boost their work and practice. Michael’s other responsibilities at the Tron include working with the Artistic Director on the in-house and visiting programme, exploring and negotiating new creative partnerships, and line-producing select Tron Theatre Company productions. As a Glasgow-based producer, Michael has worked with companies including National Theatre of Scotland, Tramway, The Arches, Blood of the Young, Little King, Bijli and SUPERFAN.
Steph is Project Coordinator at the Tron Theatre, responsible for managing the BUILD and MAKER programmes and supporting Michael in the coordination of Tron Theatre CREATIVE. As a freelance producer she has worked for Frantic Assembly, Artichoke and National Theatre of Scotland as well presenting and supporting work through her own company Scribbled Thought. She is currently producing work for ThickSkin and Wonder Fools and was Stage One Producer at the Citizens Theatre throughout 2017.
