Calling all organisations working in the heritage sector who are keen on improving access to the workforce! The Improving Access group is hosting a series of free, online, lunch and learn equalities sessions for organisations within the heritage sector.
This session delivered by Stonewall Scotland will introduce organisations to LGBTQ+ inclusion in the workplace. Throughout its duration, participants will learn about LGBTQ+ inclusion in the workplace, as well as explore the practical steps that organisations can take to be more inclusive of LGBTQ+ people and how these can be applied in their own workplaces.
