“HERITAGE OF TOURING LIVE PERFORMANCES IN THE HIGHLANDS & ISLANDS” Project funded by Heritage Lottery Fund
The Touring Network is now open to applications from film makers and researchers for an exciting documentary project which will tell the story of volunteer promoters and their effect on communities in the Highlands and Islands of Scotland over the period of the last 40 years.
The Touring Network seeks to appoint two candidates* who will capture their findings during the first half of 2018 via the:
• CREATION OF A MINI-DOCUMENTARY (TO BE PREMIERED IN SEPT 2018)
• ARCHIVING OF POSTERS, STATS AND OTHER PROMOTIONAL MATERIALS
• DEVELOPMENT OF A ROAMING EXHIBITION
*These two positions are outlined as individual positions, however, if you feel you work better as a team/collective, and have proven experience in the delivery of a similar project as a combined effort, then we are open to a packaged application.

Seeking inquisitive makers, lovers of maps and story tellers, explorers of heritage with a perfect mix of nosy parker and self starter.
Must travel.
Strong creative aesthetic.
Rigid archiving and attention to detail a must.
Ability to capture our vision, but be brave enough to creatively challenge.
