Hands Up for Trad’s Distil Showcase is one of the highlights of our calendar. Since the first Distil Showcase in 2006 Distil has commissioned over 60 new pieces of music. Our 2013 Showcase will be held in Stirling Tolbooth on the 22nd March at 8pm.
If you have attended a Distil Residential you are eligible to apply to write a piece of music for our Distil Showcase 2013. We are very lucky to have Mr McFall’s Chamber as our resident band again. Pieces can be between 3mins and 10 mins in length but remember you only have a 3 hour rehearsal so write the piece with this in mind.
