We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our newly formed Executive Team as Director of Managed Services.
Key to this role will be the provision of leadership and strategic direction in relation to the development and delivery of Managed Services including Libraries, Museums, Arts Development and Active Communities. In addition developing services, focusing on innovative approaches and local priorities, whilst ensuring customer retention and growth. Critical to support the delivery of the services will be working with and influencing key stakeholders.
You will be a strong leader with a collaborative and coaching approach, who is comfortable working with internal and external colleagues, and who can manage differing and conflicting priorities with ease. With conceptual thinking and an innovative approach, you will be skilled in working across different areas of the business and have an effective influencing style which engages others.
You will provide high quality leadership ensuring coherence in planning and service delivery whilst promoting outstanding customer service standards across the organisation. You will therefore have a broad experience of working at a high level in a similar environment and a personal gravitas consistent with a directorate role.
