This is a key senior management role where you’ll oversee the delivery of all artistic and creative activity including learning and outreach. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering social impact through the arts.

*Permanent, full-time position
*Salary: £50,000–£60,000
*Based at Mareel, Lerwick, Shetland, ZE1 0WQ
*Relocation support available (up to £5,000)
