A ROOM DIFFERENT FROM THE ONE YOU ARE IN NOW…
This May, the artist run project Interview Room 11 are curating a daylong programme focused on works of loss and accumulation. “Games for May” will consist of workshops alongside an exhibition. The event will culminate in an evening session featuring a performance of Alvin Lucier’s “I am sitting in a room” (1969), supported by a selection of sound-pieces and audio artworks.
REMIT: your sound-work should, in some way, address the processes of loss and/or accumulation. In particular we will accommodate work that is less than 10 minutes in length, but all entries will be considered.
