We are recruiting an Audience Operations Co-ordination to assist in the management of our performances and audience operations. This is a varied and busy role, where performance is the Conservatoire environment.
You are: someone who can deliver an efficient, customer-focussed ethos within our audience operation teams, to both internal and external customers. The role requires you to effectively and safely manage events in line with conservatoire policies and procedures. You will supervise FoH and Box Office staff, and carry out related administration. Particular focus will be on the health, safety and wellbeing of our patrons, and developing/delivering a first class customer experience. You will be comfortable working in a busy environment, with the ability to think on your feet, problem solve, and remain calm under pressure.
You must have: demonstrable experience working at a supervisory level in a busy theatre or arts venue. You will be a confident communicator and have a strong understanding of operational standards within FoH and Box Office. You will have previous experience of planning staff allocations, running arts/theatre performances, and carrying out related admin duties.
Varied shift work is required across daytime, evening and weekends, as per the business need.
