A pheasant!
Pheasants are such handsome birds. I love to see them strolling in their leisurely way along by the side of our country roads. The combination of vivid colours on the male birds are extraordinary! Why anyone would want to blast this beauty of nature with a gun either for sport or pleasure is something I will never understand!
